This started out as McKenna singing "This little piggy" but turned into a little ditty by Nolan...we all thought it was pretty funny!

Beach Day Off
The kids and I took a day off from school today and went to the beach...we had a beautiful day!
Even though they are wearing their swimmies, only Nolan went into the bay...and that was only up to about his knees-the water is still pretty cold! The picture on the left in the middle row is of the kids' summer sledding...they slide down the hill on their bottoms in the sand (not such a good idea for McKenna). There were kids with kites, and in one of Nolan's trips into the water he found a horseshoe crab (bottom middle). It was swimming along the shore, and I took it out of the water so the kids could take a look. When we put it back into the water and it swam away, the kids were waving and saying "goodbye horseshoe crab!" (bottom right). :)

LIU Reunion...

Here are pictures that Lib sent...thanks-I missed these with my camera! :)
Told you so...
This photo is for Liberty and Sean, Karen and Andrew and Jenny...
We were talking about how McKenna eats EVERYTHING (floam, playdough, crayons, you name it) and were keeping an eye out that she didn't eat the chalk that Liberty gave to the kids. Well, she waited until we were in the car on the way home to test it out...notice the white on her bottom lip. Such is life with McKenna...
Love this photo
I just got around to downloading this photo that Chris has had on his phone for months...it's one of my favorites!
And this was taken the day we went to the Children's Museum....she's taking a nice dark nap thanks to her hair!

It's "WHAT NOT TO WEAR" for toddlers...
I just HAD to take a picture of this...Chris chose McKenna's clothes and dressed her on his way out the door (I can't remember where to). I couldn't allow it, but I just had to document it. We'll see when she starts picking out her own clothes who does better...I'm not sure it can get much worse than this! (notice the 'rainbow socks' too!)
