McKenna had her dance recital tonight...she did great (when she was paying attention to the task at hand)! At the end, all the classes did a dance together, but she hadn't danced with the other classes before so she spent most of that number facing the wrong way, watching the older kids do the dance. When she was paying attention, she was "spot on" and didn't have any apprehension about doing the dance in front of all the people (you can't see, but we were sitting in the front row and the gym was
packed).
In the picture on the top right, you can see McKenna attempting her forward roll...she decided to use the wall for leverage-notice her foot against the wall (a second later, she was propped with both feet on the wall)! It was too funny!
